Sweet Potato Chips with Honey Yogurt Ginger Dip

The honey ginger greek yogurt dip adds flair to baked sweet potato chips.
Ingredients
2-3 large sweet potatoes cut into chips or fries
Spray of canola oil
Ground pepper
Cinnamon
Sea salt
Dip
1 cup plain, fat-free greek yogurt
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp fresh ground ginger
Directions
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into very thin slices or fries. Toss with spray of canola oil and cinnamon. Cover lightly with fresh ground pepper and sea salt. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and as crisp as you like.
Combine all ingredients for the yogurt dip and enjoy!
