Cooking is one of the ways I like to relax, but I also believe you don’t have to slave away in the kitchen for hours. My diet is clean, meaning I don’t eat processed food and ditched sugar. But don’t despair, eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor.
Every week I will be posting new recipes or showing you what’s in my fridge and on my menu for the week. Some recipes are original and others are modified to suit my diet. But all are taste tested by me.
